Independence Place (7 Units)
Independence Place offers apartments for families participating in the Lund Family Center programs in Burlington. Eligibility requirements include: 16-21 year old young woman parenting one child under five years of age, homeless or soon to be homeless, satisfactorily following her FDP through the Department for Children & Families, Economic Services Division. Features include efficiency and one bedroom apartments with extensive common space and on-site programming and events. Rents are based on household income. Scholars House (12 units)
Designed to help parents going back to school, the Scholars House offers one, two, and three bedroom apartments for families where at least one parent is attending college or a post-secondary technical program. Rents are based on household income.
