Rendering, proposed Shelburne House in Harrington Village
Shelburne House, as proposed, would be part of the new Harrington Village development located behind Trinity Church on the north side of the village. Cathedral Square intends to build 36 apartments with underground parking for seniors age 55 and older. Supportive services such as wellness nursing and service coordination will be available to residents through the new Support and Services at Home program (SASH). Shelburne residents will be given preference for occupancy in the initial lease up of this community.
