Eligibility
Residents must be 62 or older OR disabled. Applicants with incomes below $32,850 annual household income (for one person) qualify for Section 8 rental assistance. Applicants with annual incomes above this amount qualify for Market Rate units. Residents must meet admission criteria. Preference is given to residents of Cathedral Square Senior Living and other Cathedral Square communities.
This community offers the benefits of assisted living at a choice location overlooking Lake Champlain in downtown Burlington. Conveniently located near the University of Vermont and Fletcher Allen Health Care, the community offers 28 assisted living units designed to be affordable to households with a variety of incomes. The assisted living units are available to residents who require assistance with personal care activities, and offers supportive services including daily meals, housekeeping services, and recreational and social activities. The Assisted Living program offers a continuum of care to all residents.
