
Residents must be 62 or older or disabled. Applicants must have incomes below $42,950 annual household income (for one person). All units at Heritage Lane participate in the Section 8 Project Based rental assistance program. This assistance allows the resident to make rental payments based on 30% of their income.
Located on 80-84 South Main Street, Heritage Lane is nestled on 1.3 acres and offers 28 independent living homes. The community, centrally located in downtown St. Albans, is within walking distance to shopping, entertainment, community services and Taylor Park, which features a farmer’s market during the summer months. The property features a resident community room and on-site parking. Cathedral Square began management of the property in February 2009.
