      Eligibility

      Residents must be 62 or older or disabled. Applicants must have incomes below $42,950 annual household income (for one person). All units at Heritage Lane participate in the Section 8 Project Based rental assistance program. This assistance allows the resident to make rental payments based on 30% of their income.

The community, centrally located in downtown St. Albans, is within walking distance to shopping, entertainment, community services and Taylor Park, which features a farmer’s market during the summer months. The property features a resident community room and on-site parking. Cathedral Square began management of the property in February 2009.
