BURLINGTON - Cathedral Square Corporation (CSC) is proud to announce John W. Kelly has joined its Board of Directors.
Kelly is President and Chief Executive Officer of Chittenden Bank. Kelly joined Chittenden Corporation in 1990 as Executive Vice President of Commercial Lending and most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer.
He is a 1971 graduate of St. Bonaventure University.
Former Board affiliations include the Board of Overseers for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and the Finance Council of the Catholic Diocese of Vermont.
CSC is a non-profit, state wide developer of affordable housing, a property manager specializing in resident service coordination, a licensed long term care provider, and a technical assistance resource. CSC was created in 1977 by the Cathedral Church of St. Paul. CSC is proud to be an American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (AAHSA) Quality First participant and an equal opportunity employer and housing provider.
