BURLINGTON - Cathedral Square Corporation (CSC) is proud to announce four property managers recently completed training and passed an exam to become certified in Low Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance.
Those who received certification are: Christine Versell, Property Manager, McAuley Square in Burlington; Jaime Audette, Property Manager, Hawk’s Nest in St. Albans and Holy Cross Senior Housing in Colchester; Linda Chiasson, Property Manager, Jeri-Hill in Jericho, Whitcomb Woods and Whitcomb Terrace in Essex Junction; and Diane Finnigan, Regulatory Specialist.
CSC is a non-profit, state wide developer of affordable housing, a property manager specializing in resident service coordination, a licensed long term care provider, and a technical assistance resource. CSC was created in 1977 by the Cathedral Church of St. Paul.
